CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation request must be confirmed in writing: send an email to [email protected] and be sure to include all your banking information.

Refunds, minus a $50.00 administrative charge, will be issued for cancellations received before July 21, 2024.
After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed after the Congress. No refund will be available in case of a no-show.

In the event of the conference cancellation, at any time, due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the registration fee will NOT be refunded. Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat will be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for such events.
